Standard Cavalier systems... no.

All Calibras have IRS, the only Cavaliers with IRS are 4x4 and GSI models. In those cases, yes, the exhaust system is the same.

I had the middle section and back box replaced on my Cav last week, took them ages to source the replacement back box though! I would've thought they'd be falling over the things to be honest.

Not really. Cavaliers aren't so plentiful on the road anymore. The recent scrap boom seen to a good percentage of them being melted down and sent off to China.
