it could be when you had the exhaust fitted they didnt join it up correctly ie sealent and fasten the bolts up proper (if u know what i mean lol) is your cat connected to the manifold or a seperate pipe??? is a very loud deepish blow??
Only take it back if they are not going to charge you — otherwise it may be a simple fix for yourself. You need to pip point the location of the blowing in order to give you the best advice.
if ya got no ramps let garage do it, pretty cheap exhaust parts, unless it the cat, just had stainless steel one put on mine from front to back including sports cat so shouldnt have any more exhaust troubles {touch wood} if ya only had one section fitted recently prob need another bit, once one section gone others wont be far behind
with engine running, use the palm of your hand to block off the tailpipe, this will force the air out of any hole/leak in the system, this is the easiest way to pin point a leak
