Hi just bought a 95' Corsa 1.2i Montana as a cheap runaround, in the owners manual it list 3 different 1.2 engines, either where do I look for the number or does anyone know which 1.2 was in that model, beleive its 1.2 8v single point injection.

Oh also the fuel gauge is a bit all over the place eg like when I brake it goes up quite a bit, also when I go up a hill it goes down quite a bit, is it the gauge or the fuel sender, please don't tell me thats the way they are as it really is all over the place! If tis the sender unit how much is a new one and can I only get a new one from a dealer?

Cheers

bepends on how fast it moves, if it's fast sounds more like guage. easy to unplug tank unit and bridge it see how fast it moves from empty to full.

the engine i think thats all they did was a 1.2 8v on that year.
