Is it possible to download the service history of a variable service interval car from the on-board computer?

Vauxahll Astra

The car is a Vauxhall Astra Diesel Hatchback 1.7 CDTi 16V SXi[100] 5 dr.

I run a Skoda Octavia Mk II and know about the power of the VAG group on-board computer and associated software.

Are GM so far behind?
