I wonder if anybody can help
My crossland x 2017 model ( 18 plate )
1.2 petrol 130 hp is due its annual service and mot in early June recently when I start up a countdown has appeared warning service is due in weeks and miles . It currently states service in 3 weeks and 7050 miles there is now a white spanner between the odometer and trip at bottom of the screen ( no other warning lights )
The handbook is not very clear
My question is can I go ahead and service in June I.e. is the spanner light just another reminder to service or something else
Any advice much appreciated

I was confused ( doesn’t take much) as mine says 7050 miles and 3 weeks yet the spanner has come on I am guessing if the mileage left is. Over the 3000 km it works on the time I’ll monitor and get it serviced early June

My service is due 010622 ( 1 year interval)
The mileage will be well under the 16000 annual limit the earliest I can get a service mot due is about 090622 partly due to jubilee bank holidays will that delay make much difference my weekly mileage is low and vehicle no longer under warranty
