Hi, just looking for a bit on info. I'm about to install a decat downpipe and delete the main cat making my exhaust straight pipe. I'm aware that it's going to pop the EML. The EML by itself isn't a problem as I'll get it sorted in like a month or two. Will the car run normally without the cats(no limp mode, no loss of power)?
I have a MOT friendly garage so having no cats is not such a big issue.
Thanks!

Yes and no. The first O2 actually controls the mixture, the second one sends a signal if the cat is working or not and slightly trimming the fuel. The accent here is on slightly, but I'll do a remap anyways in a month or two. Thanks for the input mate!
