Hi all.

I'm new to this just to let you all know.
I have recently purchased a corsa d. 1.4 sxi.
Im really gutted as there are a few problems:
It struggles to start.
The engine really shakes
It doesn't idle right
Loss of power.

I have changed both the spark plugs and the coil packs. Same problem.
Have had it plugged in but still coming up as cylinder 2 misfire. Also a throttle body but that didn't come up before I changed the spark plugs and coil pack.

Any help with what could be going on would be great!
Thank you

I brought it on Monday. I'm not sure what brand they was I haven't got a clue about any of this stuff lol.
I have a mechanic looking at it today.
Have been told I might need a new engine. I'm hoping this isn't the case.

Can you take it back and complain, if it wasn't doing it with the old coil pack i would put it back on, its most likely the flywheel senser, crank sensor,,,,there;s a ton of things it could be, i would concentrate on getting rid of the fault codes...good start...Fred.

Hi Fred. The area was doing it before the new things that I put on.
The error codes have been removed now.

Personally i would try a new Vauxhall Crank sensor, they very often partially fail without a fault code...it might not have anything to do with it, but would eliminate it...they tend to have a job starting when that goes...keep an eye on your fault codes that come back, write them down and delete them..Fred.

Can you not take it back where you bought it from ? You've only had a week or so .
