No spare to use as a guide to cut one with transponder....?????

Bought Van not that long ago, meant to get spare cut. Managed to get into it, just need key number.
Vaux told me it was going to be £20 to get number.

Dont know about modern ones but in the dark days of me owning a 1990 nova then a 92 nova the key number used to be printed on the boot lock
