I have a problem with a side door that wont open. I have taken off the door card. Using the key fob the door solenoid appears to move one of the levers. The other two levers are attached to the external and internal handles, these also operate. How can you get the door to release in order to replace the lock? Do i have to smash it from the inside, will this then give me access to a mechanism that will release the door?
Any help would be welcome.
