it could mean that the dipped bulb is starting to fail,or you have a bad connection--try changing the bulb on that side to a new one,i have a Vectra and the electrical system is checked over by the CAN-BUS system and i'm sure that yours will be the same,if for instance on mine a brake light go's off-with the can-bus system another bulb takes over the brake light function[hope that makes sense]---clean the bulb contacts/connection or/and change the bulb----Dave
