Morning,

Havent got the Haynes Manual Yet !

On my old Cav you can adjust the Pedal travel from depressed to the bottom of the S Wheel and pressed down by taking the measurement and between the two adjust the cable to be the right height above the Brake Pedal.

Does anyone know the right distance measurement you need to be in on my Cally ? My C Pedal seems higher than it should be, which the bite is high too.

Cheers for any Info

Just do it level to the brake pedal, or very slightly higher.
The clutch will always bite high on one of these.

Never bothered mate, never seen the need. Just level, or slightly above is fine.
Onll on early mk3 cavs was the brake pedal set at the wrong height from factory, so then may require measuring, otherwise don't make an easy job difficult :Cool2:

As already said, just set it to the same height, or fractionally higher than the brake pedal. No need to faff about with tape measures, micrometers, spirit levels, or vernier calipers.
