so i have recently bought a vehicle, a vauxhall astra 1.4 2004 new shape. I have changee the timing chain and serviced it however i have a problem where when i drive the car for more than 20 mins and i stop at a traffic light the car cuts off and spanner lights cones on, it takes a few seconds to get the car starting. Its happened to me twice. I am really confused.

Does the spanner light ever come on before it cuts out? If so then the engine ecu may have stored a code, I would start with a diagnostic scan.

Yes it comes on after it cuts then disappears after 5 minutes. Yes i will have look thanks but do you have a idea what the problem could be

Did this start to happen after the work was done? We will need the fault code(s) to be of much help to be honest
