if u short the wires out on the pad sensor itself, it sorts it out for not staying on, that is all if you are not bothered if your sensors work or not.

Do you do most of your own servicing etc yourself? If you do, it's easy enough just to check the pad thickness now and again.
I appreciate that it's nice thing to have, but do you wait for the brake fluid level light or the oil light to come on before you check them....?

How much longer does the sensor wire need to be do you think? I can go thru our stock tomorrow and see if they do any longer ones or not with the same plug etc on them if you want to keep them functioning.

its not that the wire is long enought its the connector on the pad, it just does not fit the 308mm pads as its too big i think the vectra ones must be smaller.

and reson i want the sensors is if im doing a track day or thrashing hard it will eat the pads of i would like the sensor there to warn me if they go.
