Resistor if it works only in flat out position. If not, just check fuse box, should be a diagram on or in it, or just look for blown fuse.

will do now... whydo these things happen when it's cold and wet. I only went to put new mats in the damn thing. :eh

could be the blower switch is faulty?

could even be a fault on the ignition switch , the blower & rad fan use a different live to all other ignition circuits.

could it be the resistor? i know it usually works on full blast when this is the case, but maybe worth a look before having to change switches and the like.
