Can anyone help!
I have a 2008 Twintop Design which has sustained damage to the bodywork struts either side of the rear window. This was sustained whilst lowering the roof. It looks like a 'crease' in the body work.
I took it to my local Vauxhall dealer who got in touch with Vauxhall Customer Services. They sent a surveyor to assess the damage.
The surveyor was adament that there was no mechanical fault with the mechanism and that I must have left something in the boot that had caused the damage when the roof was lowered. Pleading that this was not the case I was told that that was what the report would say and that there was nothing I could do about it.
Basically the Vauxhall surveyor would not accept that there was a fault and that I was responsiblefor the damage.
Has anyone else suffered the same fault?
