just a quick one.. how do you remove the door handles of an Astra g 5 door so I can colour code them.. I know you have to take the door card of but I'm scared to play around with the door mechanism.. any help much appreciated.

Door card off unclip the two handle bars (catch and interior handle) two 10mm nuts and pull from the bottom and ease it out. You might have a anti theft plate that's on the back of the handle but comes off via the nuts. You also might have to peel back the anti moisture plastic to get at the nuts. Hope this helps.
