Can anyone help with Astra coupe electric Windows? Passenger side doesn't drop when door is opened, I'm worried this will break the window or mechanism or seal, if I can't cure it?

Anyone know how these work? How does the door know it's opened? What can I do to get the automatic window down/up working again when door opens/closes.

The electric window works fine off the button apart from this... Drivers side is fine.

Thanks

So I done a bit of research elsewhere.. Apparently the Windows can need reset after the battery has been disconnected, luckily it's easy to do!

Jump in, switch ignition on, put window up as far as it will go.. Then hold the button for a few seconds and it should click twice.. This is the relay cutting power to the motor I guess, anyway it tells the car when the Windows up completely, it should cure this problem.

Open and close doors, check if it worked, job done.
