Good evening guys,

After putting up with the crickets and birds chirping away under my bonnet for a few months I’ve finally decided to get the Insignia in and replace the aux belt and tensioner.

My question is does anyone know the correct alternator pulley for my motor as there is still a slight chirp and misalignment on the system...

Insignia 2.0 CDTI 160BHP without ESP.

there is many choices and massive variations in price so not 100% sure which is correct!?

Thanks again,

Sean.

Looks like 4 variations to be precise..... two types of 100Amp (Idents BF and ACZ), a 120Amp(BX) model and a 140Amp(BY) model.
Only one pulley type is listed though, for the BX/BY models - part #13258483.

If you can't identify the Alternator from its markings, maybe the build-spec, from entering your VIN on http://ecat24.com/opel/catalog/models/1/
will identify the right option.
