brothers W reg 1.6 astra misses when cruising at about 2-2 1/2k revs (50-55mph).
doesnt hesitate if you put your foot down, and at any other speed/rev combination it seems fine.

took it to a diagnostics and it flashed no codes, so thought it might just be plugs.
changed them (as the old ones were carbonated summat shite) but still no change.

he reckons it has been like it since he drove through a puddle on monday.

has sprayed all the electrics and connections with WD40

is coil pack replacement the next logical step or should he wait a while and see if it stops in time?

check the air filter,

Could be the old EGR playing up..causes running issues and doesn,t flag up a code until it really gets bad if at all,alan
