I have a Renault traffic 05 with a 1.9dci engine

The clutch pedal is starting to drop, so i have to pump the clutch to bring it back up, i have changed the master cylinder as i read online these are common to go, upon bleeding the clutch it took a good while to get any pressure, backwards bleeding it worked best, but it's still the same, i can't get the pedal all the way up, i have around 1 inch of play in the pedal and
When ever driving the van the pedal is still dropping until i pump the pedal and it comes back up, but will still dropping again
I have checked the fluid level and it doesn't look like its dropping?
Are there any other things to look at, before i have to take the gearbox off?
