My Vauxhall Astra is making a squeaking sound coming from the front wheel passenger side when I turn left and occasionally when I brake. What is the problem?

I have come from a CD30 MP3 with GID screen and Climate, the CD player broke so I forked out and found a CD70 which have just fitted, although this is one with just general air/con fan settings. My climate control is not working now, will Vauxhall programme this up at a reasonable rate? Also I...
