indicator help meriva

Hi, my meriva had working indicators but now when you indicate right, left flashes with full beam on and when you indicate left, nothing. I changed the indicator stalk, changed relays still can't get the indicators to work. Also it now has an F on the dash and wont let me start the car (semi...
