fuel pressure regulator

Hello. What fuel pressure i should see on idle ??? Any one can read live data from your car and give me readings ??? My one reads 34 kpa which i think is bit to high. Insignia a20dth engine. 2.0cdti ecoflex 160bhp. Thanks
