compatibility

Hi Guys. Couldn't find anything on this so apologies if this has already been asked. I have a Rhino roof rack for a Vivaro 2012 H1 L2. Is there any way to modify the roof rack to to fit on a 2017 Vivaro H1 L2? Or anything i can buy that will make it compatible? Or is it just a case of buying...
