Water leaking from under the front end of my car....

    ....and now the fan's packed up!

    The coolant level hasn't dropped though, so could it be heater matrix or aircon related?

    Any suggestions?

    aircon will drop water its just condensation dont worry about it. i drive a scania truck you could shower under it when the aircons been on

    Mine starts dripping the moment you start her up though. And when the aircon's switched off, although it seems worse when it's swiched on. Does yours do the same?

    can you see where the water is leaking from, is it the water pump sort of area?

    which end ? is it the drivers side of the engine under the altinator

    it could well be the heater matrix then as thats where the pipes go through the bulk head(i think), are the carpets wet drivers side and passenger side?

    I think it was around the middle.

    I started her up just now though, and no sign of any water. Ho weird! It was dripping out quick quickly when I started her up from cold about an hour ago.

    if it was the heater matrix why would that leak at the front of the car it would leak inside the car thats condensation from an air con thats not been used for ages

    the drain for the aircon is more or less in the middle , it comes out of the bulkhead next to the gearbox mounting on the subframe.
