    Hi,
The left rear door will no longer open on my Zafira B. This happened during the recent very cold spell so I assume that this was the reason. The central locking sounds as if it is working so it is probably a linkage issue. My question is - Can anyone tell me the best way to remove the inner door cover. I have removed 2 screws at the "handle" and another at the door opening lever but it is still solidly held on.

    Thanks

I have once had to remove a door card from inside the car, I honestly think you might have to prepare to find alternitive door card because if your determind to remove it, then unfortunatly you have to force it off, it will come off but in broken form. try the basics first, try pulling the lock up and with additional help have some open it from the out side as well as the inside. well thats what i would do anyway. if that fails then i honestly dont know....

Thanks for the tips. I should have mentioned that I have a Zafira B model (Design with half leather). The thread that you mentioned relates to the Zafira A. I did search but could not find any reference to the Zafira B.

i don't have a zafira but the rear passenger side door on my astra did something similar and after spending an eternity trying to remove the door card and once i had i found a broken wire down in the socket that goes into the door frame was the culprit so i'd look there first

    cheers
