Ok guys maybe someone can help me out with this
I've got a combo 1.7di 2002 model abd I'm facing two issues that are doing my head in.
    1st- the van idles between 1000rpm and 600ish rpm,it's never a constant,keeps idling between 1000 and 600.
Also when the van is moving(coasting) automaticaly raises up to 1300rpm, and as soon as I go into a full stop it goes back to 1000/600rpm.

2nd- when I'm going along the dual carriageway the van doesn't seem to go over 75mph in a long straight as this is really strange, after driving it for a while the management light comes on and I feel a bit of power loss in the van, if I'm going uphill then black smoke comes out of the exhaust and seems like the van is only working in three cylinders.
I don't know if any of these things happened to any of you but any ideas are very welcome.
    Thanks.

Uhm read the codes but could be EGR, they also are fly by wire so could be a throttle motor problem etc.
