I've made you thread title a bit more relevant - i.e. someone may look at it otherwise it just looks like you are introducing yourself to the forum, and more people in this area will be looking to give technical help.

It may also be beneficial to list what year and type of Vectra (if you know i.e. A, B or C).

Can't help with the handbrake, but you have to replace the brake sensors once they've been activated. As the sensors are for the front brakes only, I take it you've checked the brake linings on the front brakes, as well as doing the handbrake at the rear?

as the vectra was not imported into australia till the vectra b there are 2 ways depending on model to adjust,on the vectra b (1996my to 2001my) there are 2 points of adjustment, you need to remove both rear wheels (pop the handbrake lever boot and unscrew the cable adjuster there first),there is a slot in the brake disc to adjust the handbrake but i would remove the disc and give the brakes a good clean and remove the lip that there will be,you can then adjust the shoes easily this way, once this has been done you pull up the handbrake lever boot and there is an adjuster there.
if you have a vectra c (2002my-2008my) then there is onlt one adjustment and that is at the handbrake lever, but i would again remove the rear wheels and make sure the rear pads are not worn out as these will cause the handbrake to be out of adjustment
