    hello all, has anyone ever cleaned there egr valve on there zafira? could some tell me where to find it and a brief explanation on how to clean it. i have already done the throttle body.

    Do you know which engine it is? Some of the 1.8 engines don't have an EGR.

    EGR Valve

    Hi can somebody please send me the information as well? My other half's Zafira is playing up and EGR has been suggested as the culprit.

    Can you send them to me mine is a 1.6 DA51 plate, EGR suggested as culprit but not a gaurenteed fix if replaced so want to know if I can have a go myself.

    I have bought a blanking plate for mine just to see if it works.
    Someone on here has said that if it keeps fouling up there must be something else wrong that is causing it.
