Seem to remember l had this fault on mine. There is a brass pin behind the steering wheel that touched the back to earth the horn circuit via the switch on the wheel. I got a very slim file down the back of the wheel and cleaned it up. May be best investing in a Haynes manual and looking at the wiring diagrams. Should also tell you how to remove the wheel and airbag.

Does anyone know the exact location/number of the Horn Relay? I've checked countless internet pages and forums to no avail.

Is it some kind of strange GM/Vauxhall mystery?

    Relay changed.....no difference.

    Horn Switch Wiring change......Result!

Common failure apparently which would explain why the dealer has loads in stock!
