I have Astra J with CD 400 CD/MP3/AUX (3,5mm) radio, is it possible to add USB input/connection (replace 3,5mm jack) or add USB on CD changer input (if have).
One of the solutions is Dension Gateway 300 but according to the manual this adapter is only for CD 300 or any other radio with quadlock "steker", does fit with CD 400,or does somebody have some other solution?

Thanks for the link with the pictures,I have info from Opel service in Germany that most of Astras J already have free cable for USB connection (could be that radio already have interface for AUX and USB) and that only necessary thing to do is replace lover centre compartment and behind that I will find that "blind/free" cable with appropriate connector.
Same service sale me for 10 euro USB connector which is same like AUX only different is on the beck side prepared for that free cable/connector.
Will see, most probably I will do regular service on my Astra and try to put this USB connector I both in Germany.

    Regards

After the guys from Opel service disassemble dashboard (just around CD 400) they fond that there no blind cable or free connector for USB input and they didn't tell me which parts I need to get USB on my CD 400,but because they do this in hurry most probably I will do this by my self to find which parts I have to buy extra.
I found this on the net :

This is something that is interesting, is there a way to add the USB socket or not? I think if someone who has a USB model could photograph the rear of the unit, wires etc. We could then compare it with a CD400 with just a AUX socket. There must be some helpful person out there that can share the info ;)

    Is this the kit

There is possibility to add USB input on CD 400 using GM/Opel multimedia kit part number 17 88 266 (price cca 150,- euro) + plastic mask/cover with place for USB connector next to AUX input.
I just receive my set and looking for find time for installation in Opel service (because of warranty).
If I have chance I will post pictures of installation process on forum
