Is that the round green thing that plugged into the gearbox???

I believe thats what he means. The pulse sensor for the gearbox.

Does this include the relevant plugs for the dash also?

Yeah, it has all the plugs plus about 3 - 4 inches of wiring to make it easier to re wire into a cavvy (thats what I had it for).

Also, It has the warning light array which includes the engine management light etc.
