I have a powerflow twin exit oval exhaust removed from a Calibra 2.0 16V XE. Excellent condition and was fitted in the last 6 mths-year.
I had to cut it off where it meets the downpipe as powerflow welded it on but not a hard job for someone to fit a flange to it.

very odd setup.. usualy companies doing twin exit systems try to keep the total lengths of the pipes the same. That ones wildly longer at one side... i wonder if that would have any adverse affects?

I have no idea as to the effects, would say they'd be minimal

Nearly all after market ones are like that.
Unless you remove the spare wheel well and have the main section of the exhaust going down the centre of the car there is no way of making both exits the same length.
Remember, when these are fitted its mostly done for looks more than performance gains

I can only seperate it by cutting it as it's welded throughout, no idea wether it will fit a cav or not.
