Hello.
I've read all threads about auto-boxes here but haven't found any that's similar to my problem.
I recently bought a 1998 Vectra B 2,5 V6 Automatic with approx. 100.000 miles on the clock. The service history isnīt that good so I got it serviced directly including change of oil in the gearbox. The gearbox did change gear ok but with minor pulls from standstill. Anyway when the oilchange was done it didnīt drive in reverse. Now after 3 oilchanges it still doesn't move when you put it in reverse. Forward though it drives like a charm.
After the second rinsing it had a little bit of drive in it, but when we changed oil oncemore it lost it.
Does anyone have a clue what has happened and perhaps a solution?
