We have a Vectra 1.8 - X reg
After 7 trips to the garage for faulty air conditioning they have finally decided it needs a new evaporator. Since we have already paid out over £300 just to get a final diagnosis it would be good to know what would be reasonable cost for garage to fit new evaporator - cost of part and cost of labour. Can anyone give any ideas? Naturally we will be looking to the garage to come to some sort of arrangement on the cost but it would be helpful to know what we're talking about!
