Please note i won't want this for a week maybe 2,just putting some feelers out.
I will be wanting a later dis pack xe,as i just picked myself up a 94 Astra 1.8 sport and would like to drop in a bit more poke,the 1.8 is a bit of a dissapointment.
Obviously i'll need loom/ecu manifold etc.
I don't really mind the mileage as long as it is a decent strong engine, rattling smoking examples need not apply.
Will pay around £200/£250 although i will pay a bit more if very good i.e recentish cambelt/lowish mileage etc.

well i have one here.. still inside the car.. but he wants the engine out so the car can be scrapped. Its done 130k miles.. but its a stormer... no smoke.. no horrid noises.. and pulls like a bloody train.

its running about 160bhp and is the later style dis-pac that you are looking for. Its from an L reg cavalier sri. a great engine and my mate only wants £250 all in for any parts that you can take out of that engine bay.

this will lnclude any hoses driveshafts etc that you need.

:lmao: how typical is that sounds exactly what i am looking for but 600 mile 10 hour+ trip according to route planner, and i have to get the engine out:eh
A little bit to far there mate but thank you for the offer i think your mates would have to be a last resort option.

got a 92J XE still sat in a Cav GSi taps for a couple of minutes then goes, drove it back from Norfolk a couple of weeks ago (130 miles) and was fine I am abot 35 minutes away from you PM me if interested

lol you can always bring a trailer and take the whole damn car hehe...

LOL can you ask him if he would like to move a bit more in a southerly direction say about 250 miles :Cool2:
