Received the wrong font on both of my items that i purchased from the shop 2 months ago, sent them back to you Arthur by special delivery, and emailed you the tracking number as you asked for, then you promised me i would get the replacements in time for my TV RR meet, but they never arrived.

I understand you have moved premises again.? I also noticed the email i sent recently to you bounced right back.

Sounds like u're still trying to palm off the blame for this.

OK, so you've apparently moved premises... twice... why not just say that, accept that u've not done a couple of things properly in a rush etc instead of getting all in a huff, burying your head and blaming Dave!

Also, you're knowledge of computers is lacking, not Dave's, otherwise u'd know this forum is based on an expensive "off-the-shelf" piece of software that is widely used for many online communities. We often experience issues on here, the server falls over or the forum goes bananas, but none of it's Dave's fault so I suggest u think before passing the buck to the easy target!

I had a pair of plates off u ages ago, and they were spot on, why, recently, have things gone so wrong?

You can't access the PM system but that don't stop people sending you PMs, if the email alerts bother you, there is an option to turn them off I think.

What softw\are's that sunshine? Daves file seems to work everywhere else, this site, my Nurburgring Itinery, the 20' banner we got last month... Maybe it got damaged in transit over the net, in which case, believe it or not it's no-one's fault, but what is YOUR fault is that, as far as I'm aware, you have NEVER requested a copy of the CORRECT logo.

The word you're looking for is slander and for that you are liable.

This whole thing could be sorted by now if you'd just apologised, refunded Micky, Nic and whoever else has incorrect bits, and sent out some nice new correct ones as a goodwill gesture.

I had ordered x2 White mugs about 10 weeks ago, I received an e-mail saying that the mugs were out of stock but was assured that they would be with me shortly. Now im made aware of this situation (by accident really, I know I should of followed this up but I had genuine trust in this) and it seems that it may be a little too late. I mean, seriously.. .. .. :down:

I am very dissapointed it has turned out like this, makes me wary of using external suppliers in the future tbh, Arthur seems to have blamed me for a lot of his mistakes, I've given up trying to put him right as he doesn't take responsibility for his own actions!

Sorry to anyone stung by Arthur, VxON can not control what he was doing or not doing as he was nothing to do with us, just a guy others had spoke highly of before who has now let everyone down and tried to pass blame.
