I woke up at 3.45 am, look out the window and saw the indicaters on and the wipers going.
I went down to have a look and the passenger side door glass had been smashed, the radio had been nicked and ignition had been tampered with.
No lock damage, thank fook.
The car has an immobiliser on it or it would have been gone.....

go to the local scrap yard for a window. just rip it out of one easy to do. mk3 front ones are all the same as i had this done to me aswel and had to replace mine. cost me £10 for the window. when putting it back into your car if the window motor works then thats 3/4 of the battle. easy to put in with the motor down. just 2 x 10mm bolts to come out on the left hand side which losens up the scissor action for you to slide the scissor back into the bottom of the window. ( do this with the motor down) and then put all the rubber back in and put your window up about 2/3 of the way and do the bolts again and your sorted on that one.

hmmm asked if anyone had one and just told you how to do it even though thats not what you asked :lmao: oh well

scrap yard for the whole lot. wont cost much just get any mk3 cav should do it (hopefully)

Ill be back in darlington tomorrow night, i've got passenger glass (what you sold me last year infact :p) and steering cowling but sadly not from an adjustable column so dunno if it'll be any use to you.
Plus the other stuff i already owe you.
ill have to have a look see if i have the plastic ingition block, never noticed it before.
