We can replicate any hose.

The only way that it will be economical is if we have the tooling or similar tooling in place.
If we have to make the tooling one hose would be to expensive.

Not sure whats involved with these hoses but if you wanted a set of Cav turbo hoses they are £145.
If we had to make tooling up it would be to expensive for one set of hoses.

There are different coolant kits.
Pre 93K reg and post 93K reg. The difference being one of the hoses is 30mm longer. I could always leave the hose long for you to cut down yourself.
My coolant kit comes with the 3 large hoses. £90 + carriage.

2 hoses just out of developement. These are both turbo water cooling feed, and return to header tank with the metal pipe and fittings swaged onto the silicone to fix onto the turbo. These are going to be available with cheaper zinc plated fittings or highly polished stainless steel (chrome plated effect). As soon as i know the price of the pipes and fittings i will pass on my prices.

2 more coolant ancillary hoses in developement. To be finished this weekend.
This will make a total of 18 hoses for the car.
I will have all 18 hoses made up at the weekend with an upto date price. I will post pictures.

You're better off asking Burley Hydraulics than Pirtec. Hideously over-priced and very slack on turn around but, that's just our experience of Pirtec lol

The stubby hose connects to the idle control valve.
The hoses with the metal fittings are the turbo water cooling hoses, these are the one's you said you would be purchasing later.

Throttle cable was covered in a thin hose cut length ways and wrapped around it.
I would go for red it will match the colour on your cam cover. It would look alot better than yellow. + iv'e got loads of red in stock LOL :Cool2:
The water cooling feed hose from the radiator and the water cooling return back to the header tank with the metal pipes and fittings swaged on retail at £85

We have been promised a Nova which is coming in for a C20XE conversion.
As soon as it gets here we will be developing a set of hoses for it. This kit should'nt be to far away from the C20LET kit.
I can't give you a final date when these will be ready. All i can say is shortly.

The 3 coolant hoses for the XE are both radiator hoses and the 3 port hose at the back of the plastic pipe.
The 2 heater matrix hoses are in with the ancillary kit. (8 hoses)
You can buy just the 2 out of the ancillary kit.

Clue: Its part of a 5 hose boost kit.
