Nope - They pay a nominal fee of £15 for the first of the new kits as opposed to the full retail price when they are released as a thankyou.
What year Cally?
What testing is involved?

We have a kit for a cav 2.0 - but it was developed by the old german parent firm who very helpfully neglected to tell us which 2.0 engine. LOL
We wish to check fitment against both cars - in the process we can measure up whichever car it does not suit and produce a new kit for it.
1994 redtop calibra. and im just in northwich.

We are based in Middlewich, CHeshire J18 off the M6 - Car will only be in for 2/3 hours - We already do a kit for the Redtop calibra sorry matey...
Its first come first served - i'd rather have a car which had the engine in as standard sorry Glen just so that we know all is correct.
Snail- would be glad to use yours.
& i understand the point about K&N - we've just taken one off our new Astra Mk4 Demo and switched to one of our own filters because it ran awful on the K&N - Runs sweet now.

i will happily help you out, however i`m not sure when you are planning for this to happen, i say this because my suspension spring snapped, and i`m waiting for the lowering kit to be delivered then installed, i should get the delivery next week, but once this is done i`d be happy to help, but can you wait for a couple of weeks?
i must also ask, should anything happen to the car the in anyway (can`t think what) would i be covered in anyway, ie i gotta get home ;)
also the induction kit that they will or would give me for £15, would they install this? and make sure that it would pass the emission test? i heard a rumuar that these can cause it to fail, and i ask about them fitting it because i would`nt have a clue.

We are not on a set time limit however if someone else volunteers earlier we will have to take that car - we are a fully insured workshop so no problems there - in terms of emissions these kits are TUV approved so emissions have never been a problem - its part of the certification process for the material used - the kit used for testing will not be the final kit issued - part of the testing process is the writing of the fitting instructions for future customers - most customers fit these kits themselves so we try to make the instructions as clear as poss hence why we like to test fit first ourselves - it is not hard to fit and you will be guided through everything on the day. :)

ok, as soon as the car is ready i`ll let you know, tomorrow i`m going to the scrap yard to see if they have a cav, that i can take a rear spring off then i`ll put it on my car, then it`ll be ok to drive, the mechanic said i could drive the car now, but have to really careful.
As i said as soon as i know anything i`ll let you know, need to find a how to for removing and fitting the spring.
