I saw this Manta GT/E, for sale when I was at the Fingal Vintage Society Show in Lusk, North County Dublin a while back.
They were looking €1750 for it – kind of tempted but don’t fancy shelling that amount out. I got their number I think if your is interested. Not exactly the closest to Bristol :lmao:

No 'plans' as yet, I have some cash and I want a car that I think will suit me, and I reakon the Manta fits the bill and keeps me in with Vauxhall/Opel's.......BUT, that's if I can find one before the cash disappears...lol
And Atlantean......thanks, already checked them......love the Berlinetta, don't know why, but I have never been too keen on the A-series Manta...

Ishould think you do want the sump, dizzy, and other bits.They allow you to put the 16v. into alot of rear wheel drive cars.Worth quite a bit on their own- especially to Chevette owners. Try their clubs (and manta),get alot of cash for them. Iknow I've made quite a few £££myself from folk who didn't know! Just passing on info. this is about the 1.8 engine only
