Well on the 19-08-2005 at around 9:30 PM i sent him the money he asked for ..for the cav turbo gaitor he was selling on here. Since then and to this date i have heard nout from him after pm's of asking where the gaitor is :shake I know he hasn't even been on (logged on anyways) since:

But that was a week after i paid him and he blatently ignored my pm's within that week to reply what is going on :rolleyes:

So as i paid via paypal as thats what he preferred... i dont know his address. Now tbh 10.50 seems nout much but the principal of selling and sending is a story u should up-hold! :grrr

So does anyone know this bloke and his address as i still want that cav turbo gaitor :( or my money back.

put in a dispute form with paypal. tell them that you paid for the item and he hasnt sent it. they will send him an email and if he doesnt respond to it after 28 days then ( paypal account frozen during this period ) then if the funds are there they will take them back from him ( with small fee ) £1 or something like that. thats what they did with me for an ebay item but this should be the same though.

but hold on.... if they put money into my paypal account... i aint set the account up to receive etc..so would they debit my current account instead?

afaik, if there is a dispute with a seller, you get 100% refund, and the seller is charged..thats how it happened to me anyway (sorry for butting in btw)
