ok bought probably a bad example of this car as we have another one and its great.

This one was sold to us with no brakes - dont know how it got a years MOT.

anyway - he speedo seems to say im going faster than i am actualy going.

can be in 2nd gear on a wee street and it can say im doing 40 mph.

is there any reson it would do that, or any easy way to fix it?????

the speedo problem normally happens when somebody has had the clocks in bits , usually for mileage correction (cough) or other legitimate reasons & hasn`t marked the position of the parts inside before removing the pointer & lost the correct tension from the little spring behind the speedo needle which throws any kind of accuracy out of the window.
