It pains me to do this, NEVER thought I would have to put a post up in here! :shame:

Agreed to buy a AfterMarket steering and boss adapter from this chap...

After agreeing a price a cheque was sent which cleared without a problem...

My last contact with the seller was on the 28/7/2005 @ 6.23pm via PM

I replied with my Postal Addy and have not received the items or even had any contact with the seller since...

So Grimey... I only have one question 'Wheres my steering wheel and adapter' chap???

Plz lmk when u posted it, or if u haven't posted it yet.... when I will be receiving it!!

I was dealing with grimey121uk at the same time as pete i've made no contact with grimey as i know how things can sometimes turn, in fairness grimey contacted me to ask for my location to send white dials,this was on the 28th july ready to post on 29th,gave address but have not arrived as yet i am only posting this as, 1 he contacted me and,2 it must be mayhem his end.i'm happy to give him longer to get things sorted.

So can I just clarify that Grimey took payment for an item off Pete, cashed the cheque and supposedly posted the item but it hadn't even been taken off the car?

just to keep matters up to date i have recieved my dials to-day as promised, so i firmly believe he's just snowed under and needs more time.

Well he hasn't been on MIG since the 2nd of Aug so maybe he hasn't but it looks like a case of wait an see.

SteWell I gave him until the end of next week in my last PM which I sent to his mate SAXOVTSGUY...

Either the wheel and boss or a FULL refund... It will then be taken out of my hands after...

Well if he doesn't respond before 2 Weeks of the notification being sent by email/PM he will be banned and his details will be added to the bad traders list so if anyone can get in contact with him please make him aware that time is of the essence.

Mmm starnge that he can't view this dispute but anyway ive turned him back into registered if he is trying to resolve this dispute (and so he can view this dispute)

Just a QUICK UPDATE...

Received a cheque this morning... Will be paying it in today, So as soon as it's cleared this dispute will be resolved.

Glad you got it sorted Pete, I know you try hard to make sure you deal fairly and quickly with people and we all like to think that people will deal with us in the same fashion.
