South Central Rolling Road

I've got a lead on setting up a cavweb rolling road day in North Hampshire, just off the M3J4a, I'd need a definate 20 cars to run, on a morning or afternoon to make it £25 a run, and I'd also need the money up front.

I'm happy to do all the dog work if there is enough interest and definate names.

looking for late Spetember early October.

Richard has gone to alot of trouble so far to get the ball rolling on this one.

"John Walsh" (Total Vauxhall) has agreed to cover the Rolling road, with 12 cars, so there needs to be 20 attendees to get them to come and write a bit and take some photos, so please, if you want to see Cavweb in the mag, support the site and get yourselves along to this session"

Richard is also going to try and get a couple of catering vans there, so there will be food and drinks on site. This depends on the numbers of people he can get to attend.

Reminder..>> £25 per run. if theres 20 + People attend, or the price will be £35 per run if theres less than 19 attendees.

Presactly, there's no way I'm booking a date and chucking a huge deposit down and making all the necessary arrangements and getting the powers that be in for 4 people to turn up, if the people who are genuinely interested register their interest we WILL find a date agreeable to everyone.

it deffo ain't gonna be this side of christmas now, I need 8 weeks to organise it, since I've got to get the RR booked and coverage and food etc. so probably going to be March now, I'm waiting for 20 names since I need at least 15 to make the road worth booking/reasonable price, and there are bound to be a few people who can't make the date that most people can.

someone has e-mailed asking if this is going ahead, the answer is yes, if we get 5 more names I'll phone the RR and get a list of available dates.
There's no point in me booking an afternoon for only 5 people to turn up.
