I'm not sure it will due the routing of the System - The Cavalier V6/Ecotec's all had Rear Beam Suspension, where the Calibra's were all IRS...

Could be wrong though for Centre Section only...

o/d of system - 67mmSo it's a 2.5" I.D system with a 1.5" I.D reducer on the end for the back box roughly speaking?

Was it seriously loud Matt?

Could be wrong though for Centre Section only...NO it won't fit a beam Cav I'm sure... I was asking if it would fit the Cav GSi... As it has IRS and is 2wd?

Mmm, I wonder... :mmmm

hi again, as regards size, it bolts up to standard cat and standard rear box fits onto it no probs looking at my measurements again it would be...

2.25" i.d where rear silencer slides over
2.5" i.d system

as for sound, would really depend on what rear box you ran with it, with a scorpion or similar on the rear will sound ace! even with a stock rear box it will sound good

Just found this on eBay while searching for pics to see whats what.... and I'm not sure the rear part is shaped correctly to fit?

Says it will fit - ALL of the following models; Cavalier GSi-2wd,Calibra 2.0-8V (90-97),Calibra 2.0-16v (90-93). We also have a RACE TUBE for the 2.0-16v (93-97) and 2.5-V6

Does the rear most section have the same angle as in the pic it looks like it's angled up and doesn't bend back down?

Sorry for the questions just trying to work out if it will need work to fit or will fit straight on. :O

ah yeah i see now, the joint on your rear box is at opposite angle.

fitting an ecotec rear box might solve that?
