Remove Plastic Guard find 2 minute Job after finding the easy to find fixing points

Undo Shock securing bolt but not all the way , support with jack.

Lube fixing points ( ones at top never see the weather )

Undo fixing points , the strut wont go anywhere thanks to a little locating pin .

Remove lower shock bolt where the jack is .

Lower jack and remove strut from locating pin .

Get your spring compressors out ( don't have to be from the 50's like mine ) .

Undo top mount after lubing

Some twat decided to make it 16mm

Make sure everything goes back in the right order

Compress new spring same as old one , then re-fit making sure all bits are in right order

Locate bolts loosely

Locate bottom shock bolt

Make sure that the spring top is located on indent

Jack up under shock till you have taken up the slack on strut

I prefer replacing screws instead of little plastic dowels

There are some bits missing , slightly , as battery went flat on camera

I think the only pictures missing are compressing the spring ready to go back

Compess spring evenly and place back onto shock

Replace bushes in correct order

Place spring housing back onto strut

Do up top mount till it's tight , then de-compress spring making sure spring is located properly on both top and bottom spring locating places
