I bought a set of A pillar trims from Graham. The payment of £8 was sent to him on 05/08/2007.
On 14/08/2007 I PM'd him to ask if payment was received and items dispatched, I was told he'd forgot about them and will dispatch asap.
I was on holiday from the beginning of September and expected the pillars to be waiting for me on my return. I had to PM him again on 20/09/2007 to be told he'll post them the next morning.
03/10/2007 I Pm'd again reminding Graham it has been 2 months and no package arriving. He said he'll sort a cash deposit for me as I said a dispute looked in order.
It's now 17/10/2007, There's been no refund and no delivery of item so this is the last straw.
I think 1 week is plenty to arrange the parts delivered or my £8 back. £8 is nothing to me but the principle is. I don't stiff people and don't expect it done to me.
I think giving Graham 7 days is a fair time scale to resolve this matter or am I wrong?
