Hi all
Don't really like doing this but i did tell Envoy CDX i would post a complaint if he didn't send the items i paid him for over a month ago. It's not the money it's the principle I paid him £4 a month ago for a set of air box clips. I have E mailed him numerous times with various excuses he's too busy or he can't get them off (these things fall off if you're not carefull with them).
As i say don't like doing this but i think people should be aware of who they are dealing with.

I don't recall saying I was too busy.. infact I don't think I would have said that. Didn't realise it had been a month either.

Do you still require the clips? If so, I'll sort it tomorrow.
If not, I still hav the postal order here, uncashed and can forward that back to you?

Still looking. I left a set in cleethorpes the other week. awaiting them to get postd up to me. Still looking to locate a set up here too.

Sorry about refusing the refund but i only want what we agreed on. One set of air box clips on payment of the agreed price. I paid over 2 months ago now and still nothing.
Oh and by the way let's not forget you approached me after i had advertised in the wanted section of this forum!

Nothing to apologise for, I was just letting people know I had attempted a refund is all.
And I haven't forgotten - but at the same time things get misplaced and I haven't yet found another set of clips - as son as I do, I will send them to you.

re the clips, and this is only my personal opinion, he offered you a refund because he couldnt find them, so if he couldnt find them what did you expect him to do?? other than offer you a refund? by you refusing the refund and "demanding" he send the clips, frankly in my book makes you a very arkward person. wouldnt it have been easier when he said he couldnt find the clips to take yourself off to a local scrapyard and get them yourself?

if i was envoycdx id have just sent you the refund as that seemed to be the sensible option seeing as he didnt have the clips

I've been tempted a fair few times to do just that, but where does that leave me.

Dave has kindly sent me some, but they have disappeared in the post, and Mick has offered to send some on my behalf, (thanks BTW Mick)

This is for those who insist on having there say when it's nothing really to do with them !!!
As clearly posted in the forum rules.

Do not, under any circumstances join in a dispute if it has nothing to do with you!! Post only if you have relavent facts to the dispute - for example if you know someone who has been complained about is on 3 weeks holiday and would not have received their emails.

Posts like "I have dealt with this guy and he's good" are NOT relavent to the dispute and must NOT be posted or you'll get a warning! Post again in the same or another post with non relevant details to a dispute and you will be suspended for 3 days (people stupid enough to breach the rules again will be dealt with accordingly)

If someone fails to respond to a dispute then they will be suspended until they do!

If someone fails to sort out a valid dispute they will be permanently banned.

ok here are some relevant facts

1, he cant find said relevant clips thus making them relevantly lost

2, he has relevantly offered you a refund as soon as he relevently realised he had lost/misplaced or broke them.

3, the above makes him a relevantly honest person who relevantly tried to resolve the relevant problem to the best of his relevant ability, it is only you who is dragging it on for some cheap airbox clips that would hardly break the bank, even from vauxhall.

4, if this (my post) is deemed as irrelevant may i be taken away and the relevant punishment be relevantly handed out to me with the relevant force that is deemed appropriate (and relevant) :D
