I wasn't really wanting to do this, but as I have had no response from my recent PM's I have no choice.
I bought a lip spoiler and a three leg spoiler off of GSRi, paying through paypal on the 2nd of august and i havent received the spoilers or any replies to my request for a refund.
I placed a wanted ad in july, and recieved a reply from GSRi saying he had the two spoilers and would send pics.
after I had paid for the first spoiler and decided that I wanted them both I PM'd asking how much for both of them together. He replied on 02/08/07, and I made a second payment to make up the balance.
I sent another PM when the spoilers hadn't arrived in due course, politely asking when I might expect to recieve them. GSRi replied on 07/08/07. He replied saying that the spoilers would be sent out on thursday due to him having difficulties at home.
Again I waited and they never arrived, so I sent another PM asking where they were the reply I got on 19/08/07 was "Sorry for the delay, as you may know I am selling my vectra and this is taking precedence. I WILL get it sent out in the following week."
I still didn't recieve the spoilers, so on 02/09/07 I sent the following PM "I don't mean to be pestering, but it is now over 30 days since i paid for the spoilers and I am still waiting for delivery. I understand you have personal matters going on but I would appreciate if you could get them posted out to me as soon as possible."
Since that PM, despite several more from myself I have had no response. I have said to him that I would be forced to raise a dispute on this forum and also with paypal in order to try and get my money back.
As I have still not had any response I am now going ahead, although I will wait until tomorrow before i raise a dispute with paypal. i have also been told by another party that it is not the first time that he has done this and he has been banned from this and other forums for the same thing, although Obviously I could not say whether that is actually the case.
I would like this issue solved amicably, with a full refund including fees and obviously as quickly as possible.
P.s: A quick look at his profile shows that he has been online and has therefore had to have seen my PM's, he has even posted a reply on one of my threads!
